Patients are referred to Columba at Ascot by their surgeon when requiring Day Surgery. Appointments for surgery are made by the Surgeon's rooms.

The Miscarriage service functions slightly differently. Patients or their doctors, midwives or clinics can contact Columba directly by phone to make appointments. Referrals can either be sent via healthlink, faxed or emailed - click here for more contact details.

Columba have very caring staff who are all committed to making visits to our clinic as pleasant as possible.

If applicable, payment can be made on the day by cash, cheque or credit card, or for patients with prior approval from their insurance companies, payment will be made directly from the insurance company to Columba. Internet banking is also an option and our bank account number is on invoices. We ask patients to use surname and invoice numbers as references when paying by direct credit.

How to find us

Columba is situated within the Ascot Hospital, 90 Greenlane Rd East, Remuera (view map).

There is parking both at the front of the hospital (for 90 minutes) or at the back of the hospital. There is a drop off area at the front door of the hospital.

Columba is on the 2nd level of the hospital. When you come onto the second level, turn right and follow the corridor until the end where you will find our facility.
